For a complete and liberating private workout. A path of self discovery and wellness. Any women longing to contact their essence or in a midst of a challenging life transition will enjoy this gentle martial art approach facilitated by Flora. By cultivating the seeds of full expression of their inner power, health flourishes, wisdom prevails and spontaneity increases, thus women perfection is revealed and radiates out into the world.
A rare system of yin forms making use of women’s natural energy center, the pelvis, hips and thighs, is introduced. Hands and arms become satisfying instruments for delivering power. A combination of heart-opening and assertive yang movements, enable participants to learn how to articulate softness without denying their warrior-like determination. Fostering flexibility, coordination, stamina, centering, and balance, this flowing art form allows women to gain self-confidence and dignity while discovering new ways of expressions for their feelings. Blockages and limitations are slowly recognized and transformed. Chi circulation dissolves tension while awakening women to the sacred within.
This martial art form is practiced primarily individually, encouraging women to harmonize to the vibrancy of being that lies in one's core rather than to simply doing. Secured by the women's circle, participants open gently like flowers, self-contained in their graceful strength, attuned to their own loving kindness and ready to give and receive in a more balanced and authentic way.
This workshop can be continued with the following workshop themes to deepen participant’s on going private practice and daily life:

Each workshop will be unique by itself and can be done independently or combined with others. They will include gentle stretching, Silat warm-ups, chi breathing, shared experiences as contemporary women moving into our current life chapters, hopes and dreams They will be a very complete and comprehensive workout for adventurous women from every stage of life who want to return to their body as temple and soul as comforter and guide.. |
