After the foundation workshop “the golden flower “, you can continue your journey of self discovery with the following workshop themes to deepen and refine your on going private practice or each one can be done also separately
- Relaxing into a state of inner balance so our heart wisdom can unfold and be heard It is mainly about strengthening our legs and opening the back and pelvis through kicks, and sliding...It is about trust and confidence.
- The power of authentic grace: it is working on the Yin forms more, contacting our heart through graceful, fluid gestures. It is about healing by contacting our heart in a safe environment. But always balanced with Yang forms.
- Connecting and relaxing into our fears: it is about floor work to relax the abdomen, waist and back. Transform our fears into focused awareness. A very beneficial and freeing workshop.
- Silat practice in Nature to nourish our soul: It will be about how to relax with Nature´s help. It will be a great overall silat practice enhanced by Nature´s gift like the sunrise energy and the Full Moon evenings. It will probably be in a beautiful surrounding. A very nourishing time!
- The compassionate warrior: Kwan Yin. It is about discovering loving kindness and what it means in your life in your different stages of life, using the kwan yin positions to embody the divine in us.
Each of those above workshop will be unique by itself and can be done independently They will include gentle stretching, Silat essentials, chi breathing and more. They will be a very complete and comprehensive workout for adventurous women of all ages.
